Grays Harbor Transition Fair
Transition services aim to assist youth with disabilities on their path from the high school environment to the world of adult life. The Grays Harbor Transition Council provides a yearly transition fair as well as Transition Presentations and Community Liaison services to inform students and their families about community resources and services that can aid them in this journey.
How to use the Transition Fair
The virtual fair is full of information about different topics that are relevant for students in transition, such as continuing education, employment, independent living, and disability services. Each topic has it's own page and each page contains tabs with more information about the topic. Pages can be accessed through the main menu page or by clicking the star at the top left hand side of each fair page. We encourage students to visit all of the pages in the virtual fair to get a good idea about all of the community resources and options that are available to them. If you need to view the fair in another language, use the language switcher in the top right hand corner of the page.
