Calling Educators and Community Partners

Are you looking for ways to help students with disabilities and their families connect to community services, make the most out of their educational experience, and plan for life after high school?  Look no further than the Grays Harbor Transition Council!

The Grays Harbor Transition Council is a group of community partners that work together to provide resources and support to high school students with disabilities. Our goal is to help these students successfully transition into adulthood and lead fulfilling, independent lives.

We invite you to join our council and collaborate with fellow educators and community partners to make a positive impact on our students' lives.

By joining the Grays Harbor Transition Council, you'll be able to help plan and participate in:

  • The annual Grays Harbor Transition Fair
  • Transition presentations
  • Community Liaison services
  • And more!

Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of your students with disabilities. Join us today!

To sign up or for more information, please contact Dee Dee Garman, Grays Harbor County Public Health Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist at dgarman@graysharbor.us or 360-581-9878. We look forward to hearing from you and working together to support our students' success!
